The Hermes+ is designed for fully-automated print and apply processes in production lines. Precise label positioning and a robust design make the Hermes+ the choice for industrial labeling applications.

DB4 Label Print & Apply System

The affordable low cost print and apply applicator.

The DB4 prints and applies labels. Print control and content is by PC, network or our
stand-alone keyboard system. Variable information such as date/time/use by date and information
from databases can all be added at the time of print.
Supplied complete with a robust floor stand and optical product detector the DB4 is ready to
work with your conveyor. Choose between labelling your product top, side, front and/or back,
wrapped around two sides, circumference or bottom.
Options including conveyors, product turn and rotation units and Barcode Checkers allow you to
specify your label print and apply solution, as an addition to your existing line or as a complete
new line in itself.

A+ series applicators

The Applicator A1000 represents in combination with the thermal printers A2+,
A4+ and A6+ the inexpensive solution both for semi-automatic labeling and for the integration into
automated production lines. It is an additional module for the label printers of the A+ series and
enables the automatic transfer of real-time printed labels onto a a product.

The labels are transferred with a pad, which moves between the two positions,
starting position and labelling position, by a compressed-air driven pneumatic cylinder.
